I know that my experiences are slightly limited, but of the two EMT groups that I've encountered more than once (either because I worked alongside them or because I had a friend who volunteered) I've noticed there is an odd trend: Overweight EMTs. Usually they are the ones who actually run the squad, but even some of their underlings pack on the pudge. What's the deal with that? If I was going to be saved, I would want it to be from someone in at least decent shape. Cause if my ass had to be carried out, I wouldn't want them stopping every few feet. I am not even trying to be mean, I just sorta find it odd. There seriously has to be something funky with people helping people who had heart attacks when they might be two steps from suffering the same fate!

I want to say it might be the singing. But the fact that the waste products giggle and are just sooo happy to be floating in toilet water is also very... fucked up.
