One of my coworkers at Raceway apparently passed away on Friday. I don't really have much information other than I went to his myspace page and his sister's R.I.P. confirmed the rumor. It's kinda odd. He didn't really drink or party or do drugs, so i can rule out O.D. for the most part. I never really took the chance to get to know him because we hardly ever worked together. I do Sundays and the occasional Saturdays at Raceway (big events only). He worked Wednesday and Saturday afternoons (normal days). In the two or three seasons we overlapped, I think we maybe had a conversation that could have lasted a few hours. Maybe. Either way, he was 21. That's a terribly young age to pass away at. It's incredibly shitty and it makes me feel a little depressed. I don't have any words of wisdom nor any classic memories. I just don't think that anyone so young should have their life taken away from them when they have so much to still live for.
